Ron GuerinRon Guerin – President

Mr. Guerin has over 40 years of combined experience in environmental consulting, industrial/medical device manufacturing and resort property environments. These diverse opportunities have provided him with a broad range of experience in the environmental, health and safety and energy sectors. Mr. Guerin has experience with site investigations, site remediation, permitting, stationary air emission sources (boilers and engines), AST/UST facilities including corrosion protection testing, groundwater monitoring and reporting, hazardous waste facilities, wastewater and drinking water facilities, indoor air quality, energy audits, OSHA health and safety programs, process engineering, water recycling, and hybrid energy system modeling such as wind, hydro and co-generation.

Muriel Robinette, P.G.Muriel Robinette, P.G. – Senior Consultant

Ms. Robinette serves as a senior environmental consultant and hydrogeologist at Calex Environmental. She is responsible for technical strategy development and management of complex hazardous waste permitting, forensics, remediation and redevelopment projects. Ms. Robinette has extensive experience in designing and implementing forensic field studies for evaluation of contaminant impacts to environmental media in support of source determination and fate and transport of contaminants. She has served as consultant to many PRP groups addressing CERCLA sites, internal allocation, and as a testifying expert for numerous cases involving contaminant source determination, cost allocation and site remediation. She has led stakeholder negotiations regarding permitting strategies for site redevelopment and obtained federal funding for Brownfields’ assessments and remediation.

Michael Robinette, P.G.Michael Robinette, P.G. – Senior Hydrogeologist

Mr. Robinette serves as the senior hydrogeologist at Calex Environmental. In this role he performs design of field investigations, field data collection, technical file reviews, construction and remediation oversight, and report writing. His experience includes water supply source investigations, including pump tests and source verification. In New England, he has focused on investigation of contaminated sites and Brownfields redevelopment. His work spans both private and public sector, with previous environmental experience at the NHDES as Administrator of the Pre-Remedial Section.
